Getting on New Hampshire’s list
No application yet. Under HB 1774 (signed July 2, 2026) the Department of Education creates New Hampshire's list of qualifying SGOs under its internal procedures, publishes it on its website, and submits it each year; it has not published a form or deadline.

These run New Hampshire’s own scholarship tax credit program. A gift to one of them does not earn the federal credit unless it is added to a state’s §25F list. Many are expected to apply, and a participating state must list every qualifying organization located in the state that asks.
