Getting on Montana’s list
Email Jennifer Hicks at the Department of Revenue (Jennifer.hicks@mt.gov, 406-444-1991) to have your organization verified for Montana's federal list. No form or fee has been published. The department says it will certify and submit Montana's list by December 31.

These run Montana’s own scholarship tax credit program. A gift to one of them does not earn the federal credit unless it is added to a state’s §25F list. Many are expected to apply, and a participating state must list every qualifying organization located in the state that asks.
